Product Warranties
Product warranties, backed by the manufacturer, cover defects or issues related to the manufacturing or materials of our products. If a product does not perform as expected under normal use, KanView Glass and/or the manufacturer will address the issue, typically through repair or replacement. Please note that additional labor costs may apply, particularly if the warranty claim is made after our service warranty period has expired.

General Service Warranty
At KanView Glass, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring your complete satisfaction. Our comprehensive service warranty, which applies to all our services, including installation, repair, and maintenance, is designed to provide you with a sense of security and peace of mind.
Warranty Coverage: We guarantee our services for one (1) year from the date of completion. During this period, if any aspect of our service does not meet the agreed-upon standards, we will promptly address the issue, whether that involves redoing the service or providing a refund. Additionally, any repairs or corrections made within the 1-year warranty period will come with a 90-day warranty, covering any issues related to the work performed.
Limitations: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or assigned. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, acts of nature (e.g., fire, flood), or improper maintenance. Any modifications or alterations made to the work by parties other than KanView Glass will void this warranty.
